Classification of hydraulic pumps:
According to the pump structure commonly used in hydraulic pump system, it can be divided into gear pump, vane pump and plunger pump.
Gear pump
It has small volume, simple structure, lax requirement for oil cleanliness and cheap quotation, but the pump shaft suffers from unbalanced force, serious wear and leakage. High volume power, small leakage, can work under high pressure, mostly used in high-power hydraulic system; but the structure is disordered, the material and processing accuracy is high, the price is expensive, and the cleanliness of oil is high. Usually in the gear pump and vane pump can not be satisfied with the request when the plunger pump. There are some other ways of hydraulic pump, such as screw pump, but the application of the above three.
Vane pump
It is divided into double vane pump and single vane pump. This kind of pump has the advantages of uniform flow, smooth operation, low noise, higher working pressure and volume power than gear pump, and disordered structure.
features:
1. Reasonable planning and machining arc blade reduce the pressure stress of blade to stator and increase the service life of stator and blade;
2. The stator adopts high power non impact transition, which makes the blade have excellent movement and stress condition. The excellent contact between the blade and stator makes the flow loss, the pressure and flow pulsation smaller, the noise lower and the life longer.

Plunger pump
High volume power, small leakage, can work under high pressure, mostly with power hydraulic system; but the structure is disordered, the material and processing accuracy are demanding high, the price is expensive, and the cleanliness of oil is demanding high. Usually in the gear pump and vane pump can not be satisfied with the request when the plunger pump.
